Our customer care standards

Along with the values and behaviours framework, we have developed a set of customer care standards that clearly state our commitments to our customers.

We define our customers as:

• People receiving services from us and their families
• Our staff
• Other organisations we work in partnership with
• Our commissioners and referrers 

As a Trust we will work towards ensuring we consistently deliver against these standards. We will also ensure that these are clearly communicated, measured and delivered against.
