Our customer care standards
Along with the values and behaviours framework, we have developed a set of customer care standards that clearly state our commitments to our customers.
We define our customers as:
- People receiving services from us and their families
- Our staff
- Other organisations we work in partnership with
- Our commissioners and referrers
As a Trust we will work towards ensuring we consistently deliver against these standards. We will also ensure that these are clearly communicated, measured and delivered against.
