Carer Council

The Carer Council aims to help improve the services that are delivered by the Trust.  It comprises up to 15 members and meetings are held approximately every six weeks. Their aim is to support the Trust to improve its services by hearing what works well from the perspective of those who are caring for people using Trust services.

Agendas include issues raised by carers – and issues on which the Trust seeks their views. The Council engages with HPFT staff at all levels and makes an important contribution to service improvement and development.

Where
The group generally meets at The Colonnades, Hatfield.

Expenses
We provide travel expenses and those registered for involvement may claim a financial incentive.
