Hertfordshire NightLight  An out-of-hours weekend service for people in Hertfordshire who are feeling distressed or experiencing a crisis. The Crisis Centres are open Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights from 7pm-2am, every week of the year. The telephone helpline service is open  Friday-Monday, available between 7pm-1am.
