HPFT provides a range of services for people with learning disabilities in Norfolk, North Essex and Hertfordshire. We also provide services for people with forensic mental health needs in Norfolk and Hertfordshire, including for people with learning disabilities who require access to forensic services.
Our services work in partnership with their respective local authorities and a range of other statutory and voluntary providers. All of our services provide individualised recovery based approaches that support people to progress and maintain and promote their independence.
We are committed to working in partnership with the people we serve and family carers through the recovery approach and involving people who have experience of our services in how we develop our services.
