Carer Involvement

There are a variety of ways that Carers can become involved in shaping and helping to improve services.  This can include taking part in forums, interview panels and sharing their story with staff as part of our learning programmes.  Understanding the carer’s perspective and hearing in their own words about how things can be improved is an essential part of the Trust’s approach to involvement and developing further good practice.
