Our research

Our research at HPFT is focussed through our four workstreams of Children and Adolescent Mental Health, Neurodevelopmental (Learning Disabilities), Adult Mental Health and Dementia and Frailty. The main area of research activity of our Trust falls within the field of translational clinical research where the overall goal is to safely and rapidly turn what we learn in basic science studies into effective interventions and treatments for our service users.
