Who can nominate?
Nominations for this award are made by service users, carers, their families and staff.
Candidates can be either a team or an individual.
The candidate(s) needs to have gone out of their way to improve the customer* experience, demonstrating the Trust’s values of: Welcoming,
Kind, Positive, Respectful and Professional, in the delivery of high quality, effective and outstanding care.
*The term ‘customer’ refers to service users, carers or corporate teams providing services to frontline or clinical staff.
