Improvement or Innovation of the Year

This award recognises individuals or teams who have demonstrated exceptional innovation and improvement in their work. Their idea does not need to be ground-breaking or revolutionary; it could be something very simple that they have proven makes a significant difference in the lives of service users, carers or colleagues.

They will have sought out and achieved best practices in front-line care or support services, whether through formal Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) projects or other initiatives. Their efforts may include improving outcomes and care for service users, reducing environmental impact through sustainable practices, or enhancing productivity.  They might have successfully put into practice research or undertaken service evaluation to help inform the changes they needed to make.

Nominations for this award can be made by service users, carers, their families, our partners, community leaders and our staff.
