Inspirational Leader of the Year

At HPFT everyone is a leader, it is not defined by role, title or band but as someone who inspires other people, who actively encourages and motivates people they work with to be the very best version of themselves every day.

They are outstanding role models, encouraging change, innovation and high performance whilst providing support to others to overcome barriers they face in delivering their ambitions.

An inspirational leader is also a compassionate one, who ensures all their staff have a voice, are kept safe and healthy at work, and encouraged and enabled in their personal career development.
