Outstanding Team of the Year Award

This award celebrates a team within the Trust that consistently demonstrates exceptional teamwork to deliver efficient, high-performing, and inclusive services.

The team effectively collaborates to support the personal and professional growth of all members and together they develop and implement changes to improve services for the benefit of their service users or internal customers. The team provides tangible evidence of service improvements and effective teamwork.

These teams ensure every member is valued, respected, included, and involved in decision-making. The team creates a working environment where all members can thrive, bring their whole selves to work, and feel recognised for who they are, not just for the job they do.
