Professional of the Year

This award celebrates an individual who has gone out of their way to provide excellent care and a positive experience to both service users and their families.

You will be a real team player and a shining example to your profession, whatever grade or role you perform.

You will have put the service user, their carer and their families at the centre of their care plan, involving them at every stage and sharing decisions on their personal recovery journey.

You will be providing the very best in welcoming therapeutic environments that meet our diverse carer and service user needs, including the needs of autistic, disabled and neurodiverse people.

Nominations for this award can be made by service users, carers, their families, our partners, community leaders and our staff.
