Rising Star of the Year

This award recognises an individual who has worked for the Trust for less than three years and has demonstrated a consistently high level of professional achievement in their chosen field.

They will have shown capacity to develop skills quickly, the creativity to innovate and reshape services, and the ability to engage and motivate those around them.

They are natural leaders whose motivation to constantly improve the quality of their own work and of the area they work in is an inspiration to those who work with them.

Nominations for this award can be made by service users, carers, their families, our partners, community leaders and our staff.
