Special Contribution Award

This award celebrates individuals or groups who have made a significant contribution to the Trust but whom are not employed by the Trust. For example, you may be volunteers, experts by experience, service users, carers or family of someone in our care. 

These individuals or groups practical advice, wise guidance and outstanding support to our staff, ensuring that we continue to develop relevant and meaningful improvements to our services.

If supporting evidence is included (photos, charts, graphs, etc) please indicate where/how the evidence supports the nomination submission. 

Nominations for this award can be made by service users, carers, their families, our partners, community leaders and our staff.
