Unsung Heroes Award

This award celebrates individuals or teams who positively influence the services we provide from behind the scenes with a positive attitude, a willingness to help in whatever capacity necessary and a commitment to high standards in all they do.

They quietly, often invisibly, go about their work to enhance the lives of others in their service unit or department, to make others’ roles simpler, nicer or easier to perform, and by doing so, enable outstanding service delivery.

If supporting evidence is included (photos, charts, graphs, etc) please indicate where/how the evidence supports the nomination submission.

Nominations for this award can be made by service users, carers, their families, our partners, community leaders and our staff.
