Do you work in health or social care in Hertfordshire? Are you feeling anxious about being at work during the pandemic? Are you worrying about family and friends? Do you feel you need someone to talk to about how you are feeling?
Then give us a call on our staff support helpline* 0300 012 1101. Our caring and dedicated professionals are here to listen and support you. The line is open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday from 7 September.
A trained professional will talk through your concerns with you and discuss what support you might need at this time to manage and cope with how you are feeling, as well as how and where to access this support. You will be offered up to three telephone-based sessions to give you space and time to talk through what you are experiencing and to develop effective coping strategies.

*This helpline is open for everyone working in health and social care across Hertfordshire, as well as for employees of HPFT working in Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Norfolk and Essex.
