Care Quality Commission audit of service user contact details

This Trust is participating in an audit of service user contact details. The audit is part of a larger body of work by the Care Quality Commission which is looking at improvements in how feedback on healthcare experiences is collected.

We will be working with a research agency called Picker to measure the availability and validity of mobile telephone numbers and email addresses that we hold for our service users.

To do this, we will be providing mobile telephone numbers and email addresses for everyone who was seen by our trust during October 2018 to Picker. They will not share this information with anyone else and you will not be contacted as part of the audit.

If you used our Adult Community services during October your mobile telephone number and email address will be provided to Picker as part of the audit. Taking part in the audit is voluntary.
