Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week – Forest House: recruitment event 22 February 2022 at 10am

11 Feb 22

As we come to the end of another Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week, it’s important to remember that behind the work and support that these young people receive are a group of dedicated, caring and compassionate staff that make up all of the teams and services. Without these people doing what they do, the young people and families in our care simply wouldn’t have the support they need to steer them through what is often the most challenging of times.

One of our services, Forest House, is currently seeking to recruit to their existing team - could this be you…?

Forest House is a 16-bed general acute inpatient and day patient psychiatric unit for young people between 13 and 17 years of age (male, female, and non-binary). Forest House provide cares to young people and their families/carers who experience a variety of mental health difficulties and who may require more intense treatment which cannot be provided in their own home.

Forest House is a great place to work, don't just take our word for it...

Amanda, Team Leader said:

“The staff morale at HPFT is much better than previous Trusts I've worked in. I always feel supported by my manager and I can make decisions to keep my service users safe.”

Forest House is looking for a number of mental health professionals to join the team to help with the fantastic work they do and are holding a virtual recruitment event on Tuesday 22 February 2022 at 10am.
