This year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) will be held on Wednesday 17 July, from 5.00pm to 7.30pm at The Colonnades, Beaconsfield Road, Hatfield, AL10 8YE. Click here for the event agenda.

HPFT celebrated a pivotal moment in its Good to Great journey in May this year, when the Care Quality Commission rated the Trust as one of just five mental health and learning disabilities NHS trusts in England to be outstanding. The AGM is an ideal opportunity for HPFT to share the details of this great achievement, as well as many others, with the local community.
Guests will hear about the latest developments in our Learning Disabilities Services and be able to browse a marketplace of HPFT stalls.
The meeting will include a report from HPFT’s Chair, Chris Lawrence, an overview of the 2018/19 year from Chief Executive Tom Cahill and a presentation about the Trust’s annual finances from Keith Loveman, Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Director for Finance. There will also be an overview of our plans for the year ahead and a chance to ask questions during a Q&A session.
Commenting ahead of this year’s AGM, Tom Cahill said: “Our AGM provides us with an opportunity to present to the public and our service users what we have achieved during the last year, as well as our plans for the future. We’ll be taking people through our operational, clinical and financial performance for the year, setting out our achievements – including our outstanding inspection rating from the CQC – along with where further work is needed.
“We’ll be sharing details and answering any questions about how the Trust is driving further improvements forward, ensuring we continue providing high quality care for our service users in the face of increasing demands for our services.”
