Patients Know Best

Service users supported by the Adult Community Mental Health Service (ACMHS) teams in Hertfordshire can now see their appointments in the NHS App, giving them an easier way to keep track of their care.

If you want to see more information, you can register with HPFT’s free online patient portal “Patients Know Best”.    This provides you with access to your personal health information and is designed to improve your experience. 

PKB will enable you to access NHS services and information via a website you can access from any device, as well as by the NHS App using your NHS login, giving you more choice and control over your care.  All your information is securely stored in one place with instant notifications when new information is made available.

This free service is accessible at anytime, whether this is on a mobile phone, tablet or computer, meaning your information is at your fingertips, whenever you need it 24/7.

Currently, only appointments for our adult community services can be accessed on Patients Know Best.
