The Health and Wellbeing Wheel
The Health and Wellbeing Wheel is tool that introduces you to all those areas of wellbeing we know are important, such as coping strategies, staying connected, achieving and so on.
There are several questions for you to ask yourself to help you to think about all of these areas. You can use this to rate where your strengths are and where you might need support. This can also help you to think about where you would like to head, what your hopes and goals are.
