Pendle Crisis House

Pendle is a seven bedded crisis house providing a safe place for people to stay while they recover from a mental health crisis. It offers welcoming, comfortable accommodation with round the clock, person centred support.
Service users can take part in daily activities and wellbeing sessions to help build their confidence and resilience during recovery. They can also access outdoor space and a sensory room.
During their stay service users will be supported by the South East Hertfordshire Crisis Response and Home Treatment Team.
Referrals to Pendle are made through community mental health teams, the crisis resolution home treatment team and psychiatric hospitals. People cannot walk in or self-refer.
Pendle is commissioned by Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust and run by national charity Waythrough.
