Enhanced Rehabilitation Outreach Service (EROS)

EROS is a community service with a multidisciplinary team comprised of nurses, occupational therapists, social worker, psychologist, psychiatrist and support staff.

The team supports service users for up to 16 weeks and provides targeted interventions on the rehabilitation pathway to promote independence and  support independent living.
