Referrals

We take referrals from individuals themselves and from their family members or carers.  Referrals also come from GPs, social workers, and private care providers.

Community Learning Disability teams are based across North Essex at the following locations:

Normal hours of work for the Community Teams are:

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm 

Enhanced Support Nurses work:

Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm

9am to 5pm at weekends and bank holidays.
