Hertfordshire

We are a service for people with learning disabilities.

We work with people who have specialist health care needs.

We provide a service across the whole of Hertfordshire.

We are divided into two teams, one in East and North Herts, and one in West Herts.

How do we work?

We will work with you:

• in your home

• at your place of work

• at your day centre

• or you can come and see us where we work.

We can see you on your own or with your carers / family.

What hours do we work?

All of our staff work Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.00pm.

Our Nurses also work on weekends and bank holidays between 9.00am and 5.00pm.
