At HPFT we are passionate about supporting the Health and Wellbeing of our staff. Our Health and Wellbeing strategy was developed by staff, for staff. It focusses on supporting staff wellbeing across five key areas: Mental, Physical, Financial, Environmental and Nutritional. We have a dedicated staff Health and Wellbeing team who are responsible for delivering the strategy, running events and supporting staff wellbeing at HPFT.
