CQC and staff survey results

External inspections and benchmarking confirm that HPFT is a great place to work and receive services:

• We are very proud to be rated as an 'Outstanding' Trust by the CQC.  This is the CQC's highest possible rating and followed visits made to many of Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust’s sites during February and March 2019 you can read the full report here. 
• Our 2023 NHS staff survey results consistently show we are a great organisation to work for.
• They show that our staff overwhelmingly believe that what each of them does makes a positive difference to the lives of service users and the care of service users and is our top priority, regardless of where people work in the Trust or their job role.
• Three quarters of staff would recommend HPFT as a place to work and more than three quarters felt they had the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge.
