CQC and staff survey results
External inspections and benchmarking confirm that HPFT is a great place to work and receive services:
- We are very proud to be one of just five mental health and learning disabilities NHS trusts across the country to receive an 'Outstanding' rating by the CQC. This is the CQC's highest possible rating and followed visits made to many of Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust’s sites during February and March 2019. We are the only trust in the East of England to be rated as 'Outstanding'. Your can read the full report here.
In the 2018 NHS Staff Survey HPFT achieved the best score for safety culture amongst mental health and learning disabilities trusts throughout the country. The Trust scored well above average in safety culture, appraisals, quality of care and staff engagement. It did particularly well in taking action on concerns raised by their service users, ensuring that their voice is heard and their feedback is used to continuously improve services. Results also showed that the care of their service users is a top priority for the Trust and staff feel secure about raising any concerns. To download the report click here
