CQC and staff survey results
External inspections and benchmarking confirm that HPFT is a great place to work and receive services:
- We’re proud to be one of a number of mental health and learning disability trusts that have received a ‘Good’ rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The CQC inspectors praised our staff and highlighted behaviour that they described as kind, respectful and compassionate. The CQC also noted that HPFT’s leaders and managers are visible and approachable. You can read the report here along with other facts and figures about the trust.
- Our latest staff survey puts us among the very best – as a place to work and where you can feel part of the team (click here to find out more). We’re also managed by an exceptionally strong senior management group, led by HSJ’s 2017 CEO of the year, Tom Cahill.
