Accident & Emergency services across Hertfordshire & west Essex are extremely busy. If you have urgent mental health needs, call NHS 111 option 2 or contact HPFT Single Point of Access (SPA) 0800 6444 101. Other sources of help are the Samaritans Change Grow Live and Talking Therapies.
