The use of an external analytics tool on the Trust’s website

The Trust has become aware that our website, in common with the websites of a number of other NHS organisations, incorporated a tracking tool which can be used by Facebook’s parent company, Meta, for its own business purposes. The tool was installed to assess the uptake of information in relation to the “Spot the Signs” campaign. We have taken immediate action to remove it from our website. We have also started an investigation to determine what data was collected by the tool. We will provide further updates in due course
