We’re excited to invite you to nominate a team or staff member for our annual Staff Awards, celebrating the incredible individuals and teams who go the extra mile every day at our Trust.
Whether you're a service user, carer, family member, or colleague, this is your chance to say thank you and recognise a staff member or team from HPFT who has made a positive difference to your experience or shown exceptional commitment.
Unsung Hero Award
This award recognises staff whose dedication and compassion may not always be visible but have a meaningful impact on those around them. Whether working on the front line or behind the scenes, these individuals help create a positive, supportive environment for colleagues and service users alike.
Excellence in Care Award
This award celebrates those who consistently deliver safe, high quality care. Nominees may be individuals or teams who foster therapeutic environments, support trauma informed practice, and help people live more independent and fulfilling lives.
