HPFT welcomes new non-executive directors

Two new non-executive directors (NED’s) have joined the Trust.

Matthew Peak currently works as an Executive Director of Finance for Letchworth Heritage Foundation and has spent much of his career working in finance/leadership roles in social housing or the broader charity sector. He has previous experience of working as a NED, Audit Committee Member and Committee Chair.

Haider Husain has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare information technology, consulting, and professional services and has led international & multidisciplinary teams delivering digital transformation projects and implementing electronic patient records systems. His current role is Chief Operating Officer of Healthinnova Limited, a health-tech consultancy.

Non-executive directors provide independent oversight and strategic guidance to an executive team.
