HPFT rated one of the best mental health and learning disability organisations to work for

The results of the 2024 National Staff Survey have been published and show once again that HPFT is one of the best mental health and learning disability organisations in the country to work for.

85% of staff said that providing safe care for service users is our organisation's top priority, which shows how HPFT puts service users at the heart of everything it does. 89% of staff also said that they felt that their role makes a difference to service users.

We are a compassionate and inclusive Trust and this is reflected in the survey results, which show that 77% of staff feel that colleagues are kind and understanding with each other.
