It is World Suicide Prevention Day. We want to remind you that you are not alone, and support is always available.

Every week, around 115 lives are lost to suicide – a devastating reality that makes suicide the leading cause of death for people under 35.

If you are struggling, in crisis or are having suicidal thoughts, we are dedicated to supporting you. Whether you need someone to talk to, urgent help in a crisis, or ongoing support, there are services available to help.
