HPFT Highly Commended at RLDatix Awards 2025 for Safer Staffing Governance

Colleagues at HPFT have been celebrating after being awarded Highly Commended at the RLDatix Awards 2025 for their work on Improving Safer Staffing Governance through Oversight and Partnership Working.
The Safer Staffing and eRoster Team have led continuous improvements across the Trust, including new weekly meetings to check staffing, better planning tools, and more careful checks on staff rosters. These have helped make sure the right staff are in the right place, reduced the need for temporary staff and made the workplace more effective.
