Healthwatch Hertfordshire Heart Health Focus Groups

The Hertfordshire & West Essex Integrated Care Board is undertaking a pilot of implementing blood pressure monitoring in a selection of dental practices and opticians across Hertfordshire & West Essex. The idea is to increase the detection of hypertension by having blood pressure monitoring available in settings other than GPs and pharmacies.
Healthwatch are holding two online focus groups with members of the public to explore their thoughts on having blood pressure monitoring available in dental practices and opticians.
These focus groups are very important in informing future planning and decisions.
We would like to encourage Hertfordshire and West Essex residents over the age of 40 who do not have a diagnosis of hypertension to take part. They will be able to attend online focus group on 13 August or 15 August between 6:00pm and 8:00pm. Attendees will receive a £10 voucher for their contributions.
