Supporting mental health in our community on World Mental Health Day

10 Oct 25

As part of World Mental Health Day, HPFT is encouraging those in our local communities to take a moment to reflect on mental wellbeing — both personally and collectively.

To raise awareness and offer support, the Hertfordshire and Mid Essex Talking Therapies teams will be out in the community, providing resources, answering questions, and guiding individuals on how to prioritise their mental health.
