Have your say on the future of your ambulance service

24 Jul 24

At HPFT, we understand that those struggling with mental health distress may require ambulance services.

The East of England Ambulance Service (EEAST) is currently developing its future plans for 2025-2030 to ensure they deliver the best care for everyone, and they would like to hear your views.

EEAST is responsible for providing ambulance services to over 6 million people across Hertfordshire, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.

The service has also been introducing dedicated Mental Health Response Vehicles (MHRVs) within the region, ensuring that those with urgent mental health needs get specialist care and support in a comfortable and calming environment.

From 23 July to 6 August, EEAST is launching an online conversation to provide you with the opportunity to share ideas and feedback about its services. These conversations provide a safe space, ensuring anonymity and encouraging open and honest feedback. If you are interested, you can sign up here: eeast.clevertogether.com/en/sign-up.
