Beech ward unveils new courtyard to support wellbeing of service users

Service user wellbeing and recovery has been at the heart of a newly refurbished courtyard on Beech ward, a low secure inpatient unit for men.
The space has been designed to feel calm, safe and welcoming, offering a place for service users to relax, spend time in the fresh air and take part in therapeutic activities. It also helps service users connect with others and take part in their care in a more informal setting.
This improvement reflects the Trusts’ ongoing commitment to providing a safe, therapeutic and recovery-focused environment.
