Young person supported by HPFT inspires hope with art project

A young person supported by HPFT has been using their creativity to raise awareness and spread positivity.

They have been working with Educatch, a charity offering academic support to children and young people who may be at risk of missing out on education. With support from Louie who is their education provider and artist, Helena, the young person has been busy designing their own t-shirts and bags featuring bold, hopeful designs aimed at supporting and inspiring others.

Louie from Educatch shares his thoughts:

“This individual wants to help raise awareness, and it really shows their commitment to uplifting people living with challenging mental health conditions. Their designs are drawn from personal experience and are a message of hope and real understanding.

“They want to reach as many people as possible with their work and it’s been a delight to support them with this project.”

The young artist shared how proud they are of their creations – they have recently been creating custom ‘merch’ for staff as a way of saying thank you!
