THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED
The Healthy Living Fair on 2 December has been cancelled and will be rescheduled for Spring 2023.
Open to both service users and carers, the Healthy Living Fair will include a range of talks, meet with experts and have a one-to-one chat with them about ways to improve physical health and wellbeing, including advice about managing a long-term health condition.
There will also be a variety of fun and informative activities, including information stalls, where visitors can try out anything from exercise taster sessions to healthy eating ideas, get advice about vaping as a safer alternative to smoking and even get a physical health check.
