Nominations for the HPFT Staff Awards 2026 are now open, and we're inviting service users, carers and family members to recognise the staff and teams who have gone the extra mile.

Perhaps someone showed exceptional kindness when you needed it most? Maybe you are grateful for the outstanding care and support you received which has made a real difference? Or, you were just made to feel listened to, valued and understood? Whatever your experience, your nomination can help celebrate the people who make a difference every day.

We welcome nominations in the following categories:

Unsung Hero Award

Recognising individuals whose dedication, compassion and commitment make a profound difference behind the scenes or on the frontline. These are the people who consistently go above and beyond and inspire others through their actions.

Celebrating individuals or teams who deliver safe, high-quality and compassionate care and support, helping service users and carers achieve the best possible outcomes.

Recognising individuals or teams who consistently demonstrate HPFT's values through the way they support, care for and work with others.
