Celebrating nursing excellence at RCNi Nursing Live

We were thrilled to join nursing colleagues from across the country at RCNi Nursing Live 2025 in Birmingham – a two-day event dedicated to education, networking, and wellbeing for nurses.
The event featured several sessions led by our Professional Nurse Advocates, Head of Nursing for Adult Community Services, and Mental Health Act Operational Manager, covering a wide range of topics.
At the Compassion Café, we led an interactive discussion on recognising, managing and preventing burnout in nursing, and shared practical strategies to help staff build resilience and maintain wellbeing during challenging times.
We also showcased our work on transforming Depot and Clozapine clinics, explaining how this initiative is improving service user safety and setting new standards for high-quality care.
Finally, we held a session exploring the Mental Health Act and its impact on nursing practice, demonstrating how policy can be applied effectively to deliver compassionate, person-centred care.
This event was a fantastic opportunity to learn, connect, and celebrate the dedication of nurses!
