EROS colleague named as Queen’s Nurse

A Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) currently working in HPFT’s Enhanced Rehabilitation Outreach Service has been awarded Queen’s Nurse status.

Tracey Sears, has been given the title, which recognises individual nurses who have demonstrated a high level of commitment to patient care and nursing practice within the community.

Tracey said: “I could not stop smiling when I received the news and quickly shared it with my colleagues. It’s an honour to be allowed to use the title Queen’s Nurse. Working with an amazing and supportive team like EROS makes my role as a CNS so much easier.”

Karen Mills, Interim Service Line Lead for Rehab said: “We are all so proud of Tracey. This well-deserved recognition is a testament to her exceptional dedication, compassion, and commitment to providing outstanding care.”

EROS is a community-based service that provides rehabilitation interventions and support to individuals with complex mental health needs. The service aims to help people live independently in the community by offering targeted interventions for up to 16 weeks, 1 year and 3 years.
