We were delighted to celebrate 8 HPFT colleagues that completed the CQI Leadership programme.
Colleagues attended an awards ceremony at Lexden Hospital, receiving their graduation certificates and CQI badges from Hillary Mitchell, Chief Innovation and Improvement Officer.
Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) is a system of thinking and behaving that helps us to constantly improve, supporting us to improve service user care and outcomes. The CQI Leadership programme is an excellent opportunity for our staff to undertake a project from start to finish, from identifying an area of improvement to developing and delivering innovative solutions.
