Transforming staff management across the Trust achieves national recognition

We are delighted that the Trust has been shortlisted for a national award for how staff keep service users safe.

A gold background which says the name of the awards, we are shortlisted and in what category. There are some gold balls in each corner and some gold streamers and confetti.

The Team has been shortlisted for Driving Productivity and Operational Excellence at the RLDatix Awards Europe 2025.

The Safer Staffing and eRoster Team have led continuous improvements across the Trust, including new weekly meetings to check staffing, better planning tools, and more careful checks on staff rosters. These have helped make sure the right staff are in the right place, reduced the need for temporary staff and made the workplace more effective.

This recognition highlights the Trust’s commitment to delivering the highest standards of care through effective workforce management.
