HPFT staff praise supportive culture in 2025 NHS Staff Survey

The results of the 2025 NHS Staff Survey have been published and show that once again HPFT is one of the best mental health and learning disability trusts to work for in the country.
84% of staff told us that the care of service users is HPFT’s top priority and 90% believe their role makes a difference to service users.
Many staff said they felt valued and supported in their teams and more than three quarters (78%) said the people they work with are understanding, kind, polite and treat each other with respect.
