Welcoming our new colleagues in Norfolk

04 Jun 25

This week we welcomed colleagues moving into HPFT as the Trust now delivers all adult learning disability services in Norfolk.

To support the transition, we held a two-day welcome event which gave staff the opportunity to meet members of the Trust’s leadership team, learn more about HPFT’s values and priorities and share their own experiences, ideas and hopes for the future. There was a fantastic buzz in the room throughout the event, with a real sense of energy and optimism.

The teams joining HPFT include Community Learning Disability services, Community Psychiatry and Intensive Support services. HPFT already deliver in-patient learning disability services and some community services in Norfolk and bringing in these community services is a significant step forward in our ability to now deliver more joined-up, person-centred care across the region.
