We are extending the way we communicate with service users

From 4 April we will be sending appointment letters to service users directly to their mobile. They will receive a text from HPFT which will direct them to a portal where the letter can be viewed.

Service users will be able to access all correspondence at any time, any place and from any device.

Sarah Kosky, Digital Delivery Manager at HPFT said:

“We are hoping that this new system will make things easier and more efficient for our service users. At present, this will just be for appointment letters, but going forward, providing they register for the portal, all of their letters can be accessed digitally. It will mean they can add the appointment details to their calendars and will be able to view their appointment details anywhere.”

Service users can still receive their letter by post if they would prefer.
