HPFT Staff Awards 2025 – a night to remember

During an evening of laughter, pride, and heartfelt celebration, we shone a spotlight on our incredible colleagues at the 2025 HPFT Staff Awards.

The event was held at our Head Office which was transformed into a magical setting of twinkling fairy lights. Over 100 colleagues from across the Trust gathered to celebrate the very best of HPFT – individuals and teams whose dedication and compassion have made a real difference over the past year.

From the ever-popular Unsung Hero Award to the Excellence in Care Award, the night was filled with moments of joy as colleagues received the recognition they so richly deserve.

The evening was packed with unforgettable moments! A celebration video took us on a journey through the past year, celebrating the incredible achievements of our teams and colleagues. One of the biggest highlights of the evening was a standing ovation for Hollis Dixon as he received the Chief Executive’s Award – a tribute to his decade of tireless advocacy, ensuring the voices of service users resonate at the heart of HPFT.
